About Me
I began my career in fashion at just 18 years old in Memphis, TN, where I studied Communications and Fashion Merchandising at The University of Memphis. It was there that my passion for styling and helping people express themselves through fashion truly came to life. While in college, I worked as a buyer and store manager for a local boutique, immersing myself in every aspect of the retail industry and building lasting relationships with top vendors across the U.S.
After graduation, I was offered a role as District Manager for a rapidly growing boutique franchise, overseeing six locations nationwide and leading a team of 30+ employees. This experience was pivotal, sharpening my leadership skills and giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully manage and grow a fashion business.
In 2017, I followed a lifelong dream and opened my own women’s lifestyle boutique, KELLY.boutique. It was a true passion project where I curated collections from my favorite brands and had the joy of styling clients with my own product selections. Like many small businesses, the boutique closed during the pandemic, but the lessons I learned—and the resilience I gained—became the foundation for my next chapter.
Today, I bring all of that experience together through Rachel Leah Consulting. Whether you’re looking for personal styling, wardrobe makeovers, personal shopping, wholesale consulting, or boutique strategy, I offer a one-stop shop for all things fashion. My mission is simple: to empower clients with style, confidence, and expertise drawn from over a decade in the industry.
Fashion is my passion, and I can’t wait to share it with you!
